Before stepping into the dental world, I started my journey in customer service, where I learned the value of clear communication and exceptional patient care. Over the last 15 years, I’ve taken on a variety of roles in the dental field—including Dental Assistant, Office Manager, Remote Dental Biller—each giving me unique insights into the day-to-day challenges practices face.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, I transitioned to remote dental billing, which broadened my perspective and allowed me to work with an incredible range of practices—from small family offices to larger multi-site operations. This experience gave me a deep understanding of what drives success and exposed areas that often hold practices back. And when it comes to navigating the complex world of dental insurance claims and billing? You could say I’ve earned my stripes—or rather, my ninja status.
